Lets Talk About Vacation Rentals...

We have had several inquiries into our vacation rental cleaning services and we decided that topic needs its own post. We are accepting 5 more properties as of right now with our current workload and employee numbers. We typically need access to the account schedule OR we do give the homeowner access to our calendar to input user dates. Our prices range depending on the bedroom count. 1 bed 1 bath are typically $125 per cleaning which includes laundering linens. Of course price adjustments can be made if homeowners choose to launder their own linens. Also, prices will be adjusted depending on the state of the home (we always take before and after photos for our clients). 
Exterior spaces are calculated separately depending on the amount of space, typically if its just a few chairs to move around and a few bottles to pick up, we will include this service. Please note, with linen service is requested, we may have to clean linen off site. If this is the case, we will arrange with the homeowner prior to removing the linen as well as talk specifics on price to cover the cost of laundering at the laundry mat. We ask that homeowners provide second linens for all beds and sleeping spaces. 
We check for broken furniture and missing items as a part of our service. We can add more/less and of course our cleaners will have custom checklists for all of your vacation properties. Please give us a call to get more specifics or a copy of our checklist and price sheet.
