We cover the following in our vacation rentals: - Sweep, mop, vacuum - Wipe all surfaces - Bathrooms including shower, bath, wipe all surfaces, floors, restock supplies - Cleaning all common areas - Laundry, new bedding, towel laundry and restock - Report supplies stock (purchase new supply) - Report damage Of course, we are open to additional options and requests. Our prices are typically based on the sq footage of the rental. We work with the vacation rental owners on their cleaning fees and we do work the weekends.
